Welcome to Camden on the Lake Resort. By booking a reservation, accessing our facilities, or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to your stay.

1. General Information

Camden on the Lake Resort (“the Resort,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is located at:

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations, accommodations, and guest interactions with the Resort.

2. Room Rates, Taxes & Fees

All room rates are quoted per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes, resort fees, and other charges. Rates and fees may vary and are not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed.

3. Deposit Policy

The credit card used to secure the reservation will be charged for the 1st night at the time of booking plus taxes and fees. Any remaining balance will be charged at check in.
This deposit will be applied to the balance of your stay. An invalid or declined card will result in cancellation. Cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax.
Failure to cancel within the required window or failure to arrive as scheduled will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: 4:00 PM CST
  
  
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM CST
  Early check-in or late check-out is based on availability and may incur an additional fee. Guests checking out past 11:00 AM without prior approval may be charged for an extra night.
  
  

6. Incidentals & Damages

A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidentals. Guests are responsible for any damage to Resort property caused by themselves, their pets, or anyone in their party. Associated costs will be charged to the card on file.

7. Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets in select suites so you and your companion can enjoy lakefront luxury together. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Pets must be house-trained and weigh under 25 lbs.
  
  
• A $75 per day, per pet fee applies.
  
  
• Pets must be leashed in all public areas.
  
  
• Pets are not permitted in food outlets, the spa, or pool areas.
  
  
• Allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms and outdoor grounds.
  
  
• Pets must be kenneled if left unattended in the room.
  
  
• Excessive barking or disturbances may result in additional fees or removal.
  
  

• A $75/hour fee may apply if a pet is left uncrated and unattended.
  
  
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages caused.

8. Smoking Policy

Camden on the Lake Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside suites or indoor public areas will result in a cleaning fee charged to the guest’s account.

9. Conduct & Safety

The Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in disorderly, unsafe, or illegal behavior. Guests must comply with all local laws and Resort regulations. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Camden on the Lake Resort assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests use all facilities at their own risk. The Resort and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages resulting from weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Amenities & Access

Use of amenities such as the pool, spa, marina, restaurants, or event spaces may vary due to maintenance, private functions, or seasonal operations. The Resort reserves the right to modify access or availability without notice.

12. Group & Event Bookings

Special event or group reservations are subject to unique terms and cancellation policies outlined in the respective agreement. The Resort is not liable for disruptions due to external vendors or force majeure events.

13. Website Use

By accessing camdenonthelake.com, you agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse site materials. All website content and trademarks are the property of Camden on the Lake Resort and protected by applicable law.

14. Privacy

Guest information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By booking or using our website, you consent to data collection as described therein.

15. Force Majeure

The Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, or public emergencies.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any disputes will be resolved in courts located within Miller County, Missouri.
