As a conference and special event planner, you will have the say in how you want your guests to book. There are a variety of meeting rooms to choose from and your specially-assigned Convention Services Manager will guide you in choosing the right room or rooms for your event by group theme, activities, and size. For example, the Theatre Room, with its stadium-style seating and a large projected screen is perfect not only for a Movie Night event but for classes and lectures where you can utilize the large screen for demonstration purposes.
On the first floor of the resort is the lake view Grand Ballroom which can be converted into three separate meeting rooms when needed. The Lakeside Room has large garage doors that can be opened up to the lakeside boardwalk for an open-air feel. If you’re looking for a smaller room to have a team breakout or a board meeting, the Camden Conference Room provides nicely, whereas the Harbor Ballroom, with its bars and dance floor, is the ultimate setting for an evening reception.
After you’ve chosen the right meeting space for your event, your Convention Services Manager will assist in planning out your group’s meals and special activities. You’ll be able to create a fully satisfying event with our catering menu. From breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and breaks, plated or buffet, you are sure to find a winning combination of meals and snacks for any size group. Have a specific theme in mind?
